Injection

  1. 1 Input material: material is mixed in hopper

              plasticization state
  3. 3 Injection: mixed material being put in mold
  4. 4 Cooling: cooling material filled in mold
  5. 5 Purge: Purge product out of mold by robot machine
  6. 6 Investigation and packaging: investigation by eye and packaging
In-Mold Labeling 낱장으로 된 필름을 금형 안에 삽입하여 필름 자체를 성형품에 직접 부착 시키는 사출성형방법으로 우수한 촉감뿐만 아니라 다양한 색감 표현까지 가능. 특히 식품 포장의 경우에는 필름에 부가된 자외선 차단 기능으로 별도의 UV 공정 없이 식품 보존 기간을 늘릴 수 있음.
